Ayurveda massage, more specifically Abhyanga, is a holistic therapy rooted in traditional Indian medicine. It involves a personalized assessment based on your doshas (mind-body constitution), your Prakruti (constitution you were born with) and your Vikruti (the set of imbalances that you are currently experiencing in the body and mind). Warm herbal oils will be used with gentle to moderate strokes to bring you back into balance. In the 90-minute session we will also stimulate certain energy points in the body (marma points) The massage covers the entire body, promotes relaxation, and aims to restore harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. Sessions include a consultation, assessment, and the use of a customized mix of oils matching your specific vikruti (imbalances).

A chakra massage, also known as chakra balancing, is a type of massage therapy focused on aligning and balancing the body’s energy centers called chakras. There are seven main chakras, each associated with various aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In this chakra massage various techniques (massage, reiki and pulsing) are used to stimulate or calm each chakra. The goal is to address imbalances and promote overall well-being by harmonizing the energy in the chakras. Sessions include a consultation and an energy assessment.
This session involves a deeper intake, a consultation and an assessment, in order to determine together with the massage therapist the best massage treatment or combination of treatments that would work best with your specific complaints.
