Relaxation massage

A relaxation massage is a soothing and gentle massage therapy focused on promoting deep relaxation and overall well-being. It involves moderate pressure and gentle techniques applied to the entire body in a tranquil setting. The goal is to reduce stress, relieve physical tension, and induce emotional and mental relaxation. It’s a customizable experience that allows you to unwind and rejuvenate, making it ideal for stress management and relaxation. Sessions include a consultation and assessment.

Ayurveda massage

Ayurveda massage, more specifically Abhyanga, is a holistic therapy rooted in traditional Indian medicine. It involves a personalized assessment based on your doshas (mind-body constitution), your Prakruti (constitution you were born with) and your Vikruti (the set of imbalances that you are currently experiencing in the body and mind). Warm herbal oils will be used with gentle to moderate strokes to bring you back into balance. In the 90-minute session we will also stimulate certain energy points in the body (marma points) The massage covers the entire body, promotes relaxation, and aims to restore harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. Sessions include a consultation, assessment, and the use of a customized mix of oils matching your specific vikruti (imbalances).

Back, neck and shoulders massage

A back, neck, and shoulder massage is a targeted therapy aimed at relieving muscle tension and discomfort in the upper body. A combination of techniques such as Swedish massage strokes, deep tissue pressure, and stretching is used to release tension in the muscles. The massage focuses on the back, neck, and shoulders, where tension is commonly held. Techniques include gentle stretching and manipulation to increase flexibility and relieve stiffness. The goal is to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and restore mobility in these areas.

Chakra massage

A chakra massage, also known as chakra balancing, is a type of massage therapy focused on aligning and balancing the body’s energy centers called chakras. There are seven main chakras, each associated with various aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In this chakra massage various techniques (massage, reiki and pulsing) are used to stimulate or calm each chakra. The goal is to address imbalances and promote overall well-being by harmonizing the energy in the chakras. Sessions include a consultation and an energy assessment.

Balance to Heal Signature Treatment

This session involves a deeper intake, a consultation and an assessment, in order to determine together with the massage therapist the best massage treatment or combination of treatments that would work best with your specific complaints.

Hot Stone Massage

A deeply relaxing treatment using warm volcanic stones and flowing massage techniques to melt tension, boost circulation, and ease stiffness. Ideal for grounding the body, calming the mind, soothing stiff muscles and restoring balance.

Pregnancy massage is a soothing treatment designed to relieve discomfort, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being during pregnancy. Using gentle techniques, it helps ease back pain, swelling, and tension while supporting relaxation and better sleep. Each session is tailored for a safe and nurturing experience.

Mama Massage

Mama massage is a nurturing treatment designed for mothers postpartum or beyond. It helps relieve tension, reduce stress, and restore balance in the body. Gentle yet effective techniques ease back pain, improve circulation, and promote relaxation, offering much-needed self-care for busy moms.

Children’s Massage

Massage helps children relax, improve sleep, and develop body awareness. It eases muscle tension, supports circulation, boosts immunity, and enhances emotional well-being by reducing stress and anxiety. A gentle way to promote balance, relaxation, and overall health.

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult during a massage. For children 16 and above, parental consent is needed, and the child can choose if they want an adult present. A duo massage is also possible for child and parent.

Manual lymphatic drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique aimed at stimulating the lymphatic circulation in the body. It promotes the removal of excess fluid, waste products, and toxins, which can help reduce swelling, inflammation, and support the immune system. The massage consists of light, rhythmic movements that activate the lymphatic vessels and encourage the flow of lymphatic fluid. It is often used for edema, after surgery, or to support the body’s recovery process.
